Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3–8 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update.

We do not offer international shipping.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages sent to incorrectly entered addresses.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been shipped, we are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or stolen packages caused by the shipping carrier. If you experience an issue with your delivery, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking information.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can help resolve the issue.
